Our client is a full service, well-established law firm and is now recruiting an additional legal secretary to join its expanding civil litigation department. You will join a friendly, supportive firm which offers a commitment to your development.
About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you’ll provide professional secretarial support to the fee earners. Key responsibilities include:
- Audio dictation and word processing
- Diary and file management
- Regular client and third-party interactions
- General administrative duties
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive team player with:
- Proven secretarial experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in ICT and strong attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
